These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website operated by VELTRO COMMERCE LTD ("we", "us", "our") and any purchases made through it. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of England and Wales.

3. Products and Pricing

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice. All prices are displayed in GBP (£). VELTRO COMMERCE LTD is not currently VAT registered. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Changes to prices do not affect orders already accepted by us.

4. Orders and Contract

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order by email. We may decline an order before acceptance if the product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, there is a clear pricing error, or we reasonably suspect fraud. We will notify you and refund any payment taken for an order we cannot accept. Once a contract has been formed, your statutory rights apply.

5. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

6. Delivery

We aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe stated in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights if delivery is delayed or an item is not delivered.

7. Consumer Rights

As a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, including the right to a 14-day cooling-off period for distance sales. Our Return & Refund Policy explains your cancellation and return rights, including our additional store offer. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

8. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Website content is owned by or licensed to VELTRO COMMERCE LTD, or used with permission from the relevant rights holder. All rights reserved, subject to applicable law. You may not reproduce or use protected content without the relevant permission, except where permitted by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home jurisdiction where applicable.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date and apply to future orders. The terms in force when you place your order apply to that order.
